Industrial staffing specialists, headquartered in Nashville and organised by industry.
Helion was founded after years of watching the same pattern across manufacturing: the systems behind production were no longer keeping pace with demand.
As equipment aged and experienced people left, plants came to depend on a handful of individuals. When those people were short, output stalled and leadership spent its time firefighting.
We built the company to fill that gap at the floor level. Today Helion places production, skilled trades, and maintenance people at plants across the United States.
