A trade certification tells you what someone passed. Our six checks tell you whether they held the job, how long they stayed, why they left, whether they will work your shift, whether the drive is one they will keep making, and what the supervisor who managed them says.

Do you verify welding certifications?
Certifications you require go into the requisition, and a supervisor reference is one of the six checks on every candidate. Tell us the code and process, for example AWS D1.1 or MIG on carbon steel, and that is what we screen against.
